Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your radiator or towel rail in its original packaging, ensuring all brackets, valves, and fixings are included to prevent damage during transit.
Courier Collection or Drop-off
Arrange a collection through our preferred heavy-goods courier or drop off your package at an authorized point using the prepaid label provided in your authorization email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in a resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
